Problems from the start with the delivery date being changed with lack of communication, two months with car and £650 has been spent on parts that apparently would have already been extremely worn at the point of sale. So get a professional check before buying cars from here or my advice find somewhere else!

Excellent service, John talked me through the car about the lay out , what fuel , tyre pressure, engine , warranty , no pushy sales, answered all my queries about what sort and size car I was interested in . I purchased the first car I saw , it was MOTed for when I bought it, valeted inside and delivered for no extra charge .

I purchased a car from this company in March and the head gasket is already broken. Grand motors have been very unhelpful and very reluctant to refund me in any way.

They are probably the best I've experienced in my driving experience of over 20 years! They changed the Cambelt with fresh MOT and service and delivered the car home free of charge. Price was reasonable for a car that still looks like brand new and in near perfect condition mechanically. Excellent example of how to deal with your customers and grow your business! Car I bought was a Ford Mondeo TDCI with 104000 miles on the clock and I must say it drives like it has done just 20000! Fantastic experience overall.
